3軸方向のパルス磁界を発生させ、微細傷を検出するコンベアー式磁粉探傷装置です。
従来のAC、DCコイル磁化では検出が困難な、鍛造品等の微細傷（40μｍ以下）の検査に適します。
This is a conveyor type magnetic particle inspection unit that catches minute defects by generating a pulse magnetic field in three axis directions.
It is suitable for examining minute flaws(40 μm or smaller)of parts such as forging which are difficult to detect by the conventional AC and DC coil magnetization.
複数交番式磁粉探傷装置
Multiple alternation type magnetic particle inspection unit
クロスコイルと上下コイルの組み合わせによる複数交番磁化で、小物部品からシリンダーブロック等の大物部品までの検査に適します。
The detector exectes multiple alternation magnetization with a combination of cross coil and top and bottom coils and is suitable for small parts as well salarge parts such as a cylinder block.

軸通電法、貫通磁化法、コイル磁化法等のあらゆる磁化方法が出来、長尺物の検査に適する。
This devise is capable of various magnetization methods such as an axis current method,penetrating magnetization,and coil magnetization,and is suitable for examining lengthy parts.
